just happy :)

(Disclaimer : Taken from internet. With due credits to the original author)

just be happy

and unreasonable about it

dont look for reasons
dont doubt it

just be happy
and away from yourself
dont look too deep or close
or you`ll tumble into the well

just be happy

and know enough to fuel a smile

dont rip the skies for answers
or beg for Heavenly droppings in style

just be happy

know just as much u need to

to get through
this sleep we call Life

just be happy
about the twins, Worry-Fear
if she gets too close
draw yourself back, far enough to see her
and study and measure,
make clear
the noodle thoughts between your ears

just be happy
not too much to ask of yourself Happiness,
bubbles from the tummy
floating its way up,
up the lungs,
up the throat, up the tongue
and when u make faces at the mirror
there`s two of you smiling,
not just one...

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!

(Disclaimer : Taken from internet. With due credits to the original author)

Some time ago, a man punished his 4 year old daughter for wasting a roll of gold wrapping paper. Money was tight and he became infuriated when the small child tried to decorate a box to put under the tree. Nevertheless the little girl brought the gift to her father the next morning and said "This is for you Daddy."
He was embarrassed by his earlier over reaction... He opened the box and his anger flared again when he found the box was empty.

Then he yelled at her:

DON'T YOU KNOW when you give someone a present there's supposed to be something inside of it???

The little girl looked up at him with tears in her eyes and said,

Oh Daddy it's not empty, I blew kisses into the box, all for you Daddy.

The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little girl, and he begged her for forgiveness. He kept that gold box near his bed for years.

Whenever he was discouraged he would take out an imaginary kiss and remember the love of the child who had put it there. In a very real sense each of us has been given a gold container filled with unconditional love and kisses. There is no more precious possession anyone could hold.

HOUSE OF 1000 MIRRORS....

Long ago in a small, far away village, there was place known as the House of 1000 Mirrors.

A small, happy little dog learned of this place and decided to visit. When he arrived, he bounced happily up the stairs to the doorway of the house.

He looked through the doorway with his ears lifted high and his tail wagging as fast as it could. To his great surprise, he found himself staring at 1000 other happy little dogs with their tails wagging just as fast as his. He smiled a great smile, and was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and friendly. As he left the House, he thought to himself, "This is a wonderful place. I will come back and visit it often."

In this same village, another little dog, who was not quite as happy as the first one, decided to visit the house. He slowly climbed the stairs and hung his head low as he looked into the door.

When he saw the 1000 unfriendly looking dogs staring back at him, he growled at them and was horrified to see 1000 little dogs growling back at him. As he left, he thought to himself, "That is a horrible place, and I will never go back there again."

All the faces in the world are mirrors. What kind of reflections do you see in the faces of the people you meet?

No God OR Know God??

(Disclaimer : Taken from internet. With due credits to the original author)

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem
Science has with God, The Almighty.

He asks one of his new students to stand and.....

Prof: So you believe in God?

Student: Absolutely, sir.

Prof: Is God good?

Student: Sure.

Prof: Is God all-powerful?

Student: Yes.

Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him.

Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is
this God good then? Hmm? (Student is silent.)

Prof: You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fellow. Is God
good?

Student: Yes.

Prof: Is Satan good?

Student: No.

Prof: Where does Satan come from?

Student: From...God.. .

Prof: That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?

Student: Yes.

Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?

Student: Yes.

Prof: So who created evil?

(Student does not answer.)

Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible
things exist in the world, don't they?

Student: Yes, sir.

Prof: So, who created them?

(Student has no answer.)

Prof: Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the
world around you. Tell me, son...Have you ever seen God?

Student: No, sir.

Prof: Tell us if you have ever heard your God?

Student: No, sir.

Prof: Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you
ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?

Student: No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.

Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?

Student: Yes.

Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says
your GOD doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?

Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.

Prof: Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Prof: Yes.

Student: And is there such a thing as cold?

Prof: Yes.

Student: No sir. There isn't.

(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega
heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don't have anything
called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat,

but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold
is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure
cold.

Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of
it.

(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student: You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You
can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light....But if you
have no light constantly, you have nothing and its called darkness, isn't
it? In reality, darkness isn't.

If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?

Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is
life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the
concept of God as something finite, something we can measure.

Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and
magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.

To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that
death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of
life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your
students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of
course, I do.

Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the
argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and
cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavour, are you not
teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's
brain?

(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt
it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to
the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science
says that you have no brain, sir.

With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face
unfathomable. )

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.

Student: That is it sir... The link between man & god is FAITH.

That is all that keeps things moving alive!!

E X A M S!!

Exams....d most avoided thng by students! But in d recent past events i've realised dat being able to write xamz is also an blessing! we need to b in proper health to study nd appear fr d xam....its a true blessing vch we often overluk. Here's an xplanation to y i say so.... In d frst year of MBBS [in AP,dunno else wer] if u fail in ny of d subject u'll lag behind ur batch by whole 6 mnths...Its really peak of gettin tensed while preparing fr dese xams! Not able to tak d heat, few of my classmates ran away[lodging a false complaint dat dey got kidnaped]..And worst of all one of my oldest classmate since my inter days wz severly ill. D day i saw her bfor d beginning of d xam i wz so shocked to c her helpless, she wzn't even able to walk on her own.But her family supported her to mak it to xam hall,so dat she doesn't waste her 6 mths! Even aftr all dis she cudn't mak it up for d last subject,i'm afraid now she has 6 mnths of long waiting dan rest of her batch to get d MBBS degree. At d same tym even i wz having a severe neck pain nd wazn't able to prepare well fr d xamz[no matter how long i tried stayin up at nyts,d pain wz horrible] And d frnds of my ill-classmate wer facing hell, seeing der close frnd in such state[GOD must really hav given dem great strength to maintain der nerves in such a testing tym]. So,finally i realised dat evry test v r writingi in full health, giving our best during preparations, vchs enabling us to get into nxt accdemic year...is really a blessing in disguise!

ACTUAL ME!!

Hmm... So what am I actually made up of?? Muscles, tissues, nerves, fat, lymph, blood vessels...that’s a biological answer for you. But there’s still more to that for each one of us, for which even science fails to answer. As I already put little intro about me at "about me" column; adding to that.. I am someone who wishes to be like a perfect disciplined girl, but that would not stop me from trying out any wild stuff!! Sometimes I feel I am an invisible being! People around me rarely acknowledge about my existence, but sometimes I feel all eyes are on me, judging each and every move I make. Shy, introvert, pessimist, what not!! But things are changing; don’t know if it’s for good or bad though.

Well we all have our own lives to lead and if we get into microscopic viewing of all the happenings of our life alone, then hardly there is any time left to bother about anyone else. But humans are social beings right, so even if all are messed up with their own lives they can surely take some time out to find out was sup with their fellow beings. So the final direct point which I want to make is that someday this blog will surely get some other readers. (right now me being the sole follower)!! And who knows I might even get some comments too :D

Hang on!
